my favorite ulta on long Island!
Plain and simply rude no one ask if you need help even though they see you looking around for a product. If you happen to ask for an item they simply say if it's not on display we out of it, not even make a little effort to look in back or ask someone's else who might know , at least pretend my business is import to you . I am there to spend money.
Employees are not friendly. I went there for a return and walked around after. 2 employees were laughing hysterically that the whole store could hear...a little unprofessional in my opinion!
This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not friendly and not helpful at all. Trashy. Save yourself the trip and just go to Sephora.
The people who work there don't know much about anything there. Or where things are.
