The absolute best car rental experience that I've had!
I'm from out of town, in on business and unfortunately had to get my vehicle repaired, but discovered that I needed a car very late in the day, and when I say 'late in the day,' I mean seven minutes before the location closed. I wasn't far from the location and was more than willing to make a speedy jog to try and get there before they locked the doors, not only did the counterperson give me a better rate than I found anywhere online, but jumped in the car and rushed over to pick me up from where I was. The entire process took less than fifteen minutes and I was on my way. I work for a large company that prides themselves on sales and customer service, and I have to say that this experience is something that I've never had with a car rental company, especially in the Northeast.
I'm not a review writer and don't think that I've ever written a review for a service before, but feel that everyone else considering car rental in this region should know the exceptional level of service that I've personally received at this place. Just plain EXCELLENCE!
