Long wait time even purchases, regular week day, unfortunately employees are not helpful not friendly. We ask five times same question no answer...we just want to know if they have 8 plus 256 but they are saying just wait. Easy question easy purchase but not nice answers, no smiles... We wait for 28 minutes for just one answer and purchase.
Came to the store to buy an iPad for my son , so I know it’s a Sunday and i obviously know they are busy and have a lot of people but i think to wait exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes to buy an item is ridiculous , they should assign people to make the sales , I can see a least 3 people in the back just standing there and wondering what they are doing , maybe directing the traffic ? But what about the rest of the time they could make a sale right ? Well I waited and ask one of the associates that I just wanted to buy an iPad , then she told me that if I was in their waiting list so I said yes and that I was in there for a least 1:30 minutes to buy an iPad her response was well you have to wait until they call you even if is to buy something and then she just walked away, I think that was very unprofessional just to treat a customer like that , I have apple everything and I think I deserve better courtesy than that unless my money doesn’t count then I will take my business somewhere else , after waiting all this time the associate John helped me and answer all my questions with professionalism , and I ended up buying the iPad anyway buy this will be my last purchase if this will ever happen again

awful store and useless manger, I bought my laptop a year ago and went last week to fix it, they asked me for $500 to be fix because its out of warranty when I told them its defective hardware it stopped working by itself ,they said there is nothing we can do even the store manger could not help with this, although he have the final word to solve the problem but he did not care. I will spread my word .shame on you
This place was mobbed, but the service was pretty good and very friendly. The set up is a bit silly, you have to walk through the middle of the store to check in for your appointment - that's probably not the best place from a logistical perspective. Then they have you sit around a table and wait for the next person to come help you. The wait wasn't too bad considering how mobbed it was. Regardless, my screen is fixed and beautiful and I am happy.
