I went to the store to get my bracelet cleaned and when I returned back to the store to pick up my bracelet the sales person told me that the manager was giving me a new bracelet due to wearing of my old bracelet. The manager was very nice and courteous to me and took time to speak to me about my bracelet. It was a very nice surprise to receive a brand new bracelet for no cost to me at all. The customer service was outstanding and a great experience over all. I highly recommend Pandora at the smith haven mall!
I didn't hate this store, but I was so very disappointed in the treatment received by the sales associates. I had been looking forward to shopping in the store with my niece - I had brought her to pick out the ring I was giving to her for Christmas this year, and I wanted the time spent there to be special. Instead, I felt that we were treated with indifference and actual rudeness, and I look back at that experience with disappointment and regret that I ever took her there to get her first piece of Pandora jewlery from me. I feel very sad that a potentially nice moment has been tainted with memories of rudeness and moments of open disdain.
