I could not be more upset with the Zales in smithaven and their repair people. I got engaged in February, and three weeks later a small stone around the setting fell out. I took it back, here i am newly engaged and i don't have my ring for two weeks. fantastic. Fast forward to now, stone fell out AGAIN!!! clearly they didn't do it right the first time. so they apologize, have them rush it and told me i would get it back today, and of course I call to follow up, and now i'm not getting it till Wednesday. They should have NEVER promised me it would come sooner. I have been engaged for not even six months and I've been going through this. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD IT TO MY FIANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! What kind of place does this???
Over the years we've gone back to Patricia for our wedding rings, wedding jewelry, "push presents", birth stones, earings for my daughters, my favorite watch... basically all our jewelry needs and we always leave 100% satisfied and with a smile on our face.
